About the event

We welcome bestselling author, Jeremy Josephs.

His training as a barrister and experiences as a political assistant to Sir David Steel MP, then the leader of the UK Liberal Party, certainly provides rich fodder for some of his books.

The theme of several of his books focus on the WWII years, and Rosa’s Child follows this genre.  The story is an account of one woman’s determined quest to find out the truth about her heritage.  This book received extensive publicity in the UK, was the subject of a major serialization in the Daily Mail and enjoyed accolades from several other publications.

Rosa’s child: the true story of one woman’s quest for a lost mother and a vanished past

“The incredible story…Her remarkable quest for her family has brought joy and heartache in equal measure.” Daily Mail

“The Holocaust remains a seemingly inexhaustible well of human drama. Just when you think there cannot be a story that has not been told, along comes another to move and amaze.” The Sunday Times

“Rosa’s Child is one of the last dreadful twists of Holocaust inheritance. Hers is a remarkable story.” Jewish Chronicle
